Brand Identity Overview
The Explore Downtown Tigard brand centers on a logo designed to represent the heart of Tigard itself. The mark is divided into three distinct color sections, each illustrating key elements of the city’s landscape, architecture, and community activities. Its circular form reinforces the sense of safety, connection, and community that defines the Tigard experience. A bold sans-serif typeface completes the system, capturing the energy and liveliness of the area. Together, these elements create a cohesive identity that reflects the spirit and vibrancy of downtown Tigard.

For the website refresh, the goal was to create a platform that made it easy for visitors to explore upcoming events, access an updated calendar, and contribute through a clearly visible donation section, across both desktop and mobile. Building from the brand identity, we centered the design in blue to establish a calm, welcoming tone, supported by accent colors pulled from the logo system.
Dedicated sections for events, arts, history, and community involvement provide clear pathways for users to find what they need. The result is a fast, intuitive site that reflects the vibrancy of Downtown Tigard while improving access to the organization’s most important information.
