Last week, after recording our Leadership Podcast (Podcast 18) we had the idea of interviewing some of the local leaders we interface with on a regular basis.

This week, we interviewed Linda Moholt, CEO of the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce located in Tualatin, Oregon. She is our first of four local Chamber CEO’s we are interviewing and she has a unique take on leadership, having served as Chamber CEO for nearly 12 years and through two major economic events. We asked her what qualities she most admires in leaders and dive into Tualatin Leadership, how it works well and where they might have room for improvement in the future.
